  • Partner with enterprise technology and security leadership to ensure adherence to company-wide standards and risk management practices.
  • Collaborate with peer leaders to share best practices and drive consistency across the organization.
  • Manage and influence external partners to ensure strong performance and value delivery.

Leadership & Talent Development

  • Build and lead a high-performing, inclusive technology organization.
  • Oversee sourcing strategies and maintain accountability for key vendor and partner relationships.
  • Partner with HR and leadership to ensure workforce planning aligns with current and future demand.

  • Extensive experience leading technology strategy and delivery within a regulated, product-driven industry environment.
  • Strong background across multiple technical domains such as application development, architecture, cloud platforms, and/or DevOps at enterprise scale.
  • Deep experience with core transactional systems (e.g., customer-facing or operational platforms) including implementation, integration, and optimization.
  • Track record of managing complex vendor ecosystems and integrating third-party solutions.
  • Demonstrated ability to lead large-scale transformation efforts and align technology initiatives with business outcomes.
  • Strong executive presence with the ability to influence across complex, matrixed organizations.
  • Excellent strategic thinking, problem-solving, and decision-making capabilities.
  • Experience building consensus and driving initiatives that span multiple stakeholders and priorities.
