Self-Funded Benefits Client Manager

A growing employee benefits administration firm is adding a Client Manager to its Fresno team. You'll be the day-to-day lead for a group of self-funded employer clients, keeping service sharp and making sure every renewal runs smoothly.

What you'll do

• Be the main contact for your clients' HR teams and leadership, with regular, proactive check-ins
• Run plan renewals and new client implementations from start to finish
• Build and update plan documents and member ID cards
• Review accounts and monthly reports, and spot trends worth acting on
• Work with finance and sales on contracts and renewal changes
• Act as the go-between for clients and carriers, and escalate issues when needed
• Help train teammates so the service standard stays high

What you bring

• Client management or sales experience in employee benefits, with self-funded plans
• Stop-loss experience
• 3+ years in a client-facing support role
• Strong communication, analytical and relationship skills
• Comfort with Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint and Visio
• Ability to travel about 25% of the time, and a valid driver's license with a clean record
