Job Description
- Manage day-to-day site operations for concrete and masonry self-perform activities.
- Ensure project timelines and budgets are adhered to while maintaining quality standards.
- Coordinate with project managers, subcontractors, and other stakeholders to align on project goals.
- Supervise and lead on-site crews, ensuring safety protocols are followed at all times.
- Inspect completed work to ensure it meets specifications and requirements.
- Prepare and maintain daily reports on site progress and issues.
- Resolve any on-site challenges or conflicts efficiently and effectively.
- Order and manage materials needed for concrete and masonry tasks.

The Successful Applicant
- 5+ years of Superintendent experience in commercial construction
- Proven experience managing self-perform concrete and masonry operations
- Background working with self-perform GC division or a subcontractor specializing in concrete/masonry
- Experience leading craft labor forces and coordinating multiple trades
- Ability to read and interpret construction drawings, specifications, and contracts
- Knowledge of quality control procedures related to concrete and masonry installation
- Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills
