Huron''s Centralized Intake Team manages inbound pursuit opportunities across all Huron industries - Public Sector, Healthcare, Education & Research, and Commercial - ensuring every opportunity is triaged, routed, and resourced with speed and consistency.
Seller Service Center Associate serves as the primary judgment layer for the centralized intake function. This individual owns the end-to-end triage and qualification process, collaborates directly with business unit leads and pursuit managers, manages GET resource capacity and assignments, and drives accountability across the intake workflow. The successful candidate will combine strong critical judgment with a service mindset to ensure sellers and BU teams receive timely, accurate intake support.
This role owns the full process of qualifying inbound opportunities, routing decisions, GET capacity management, and intake documentation. Based on the candidate's title and experience, responsibilities may include any of the following but are not limited to:
Triage, qualify, and route inbound opportunities in a timely and effective manner
Manage GET capacity and resource assignment
Drive pipeline reporting and data integrity
Maintain and improve intake process documentation
POSITION REQUIREMENTS
This position requires excellent written and verbal communication skills, the ability to exercise independent judgment in ambiguous situations, strong organizational skills, comfort engaging with senior stakeholders, and familiarity with automation/AI agents. The successful candidate must be deadline-driven, detail-oriented, and able to collaborate across all levels supporting sales and pursuit efforts.

The estimated base salary range for this job is $75,000 - $100,000. The range represents a good faith estimate of the range that Huron reasonably expects to pay for this job at the time of the job posting. The actual salary paid to an individual will vary based on multiple factors, including but not limited to specific skills or certifications, years of experience, market changes, and required travel. This job is also eligible to participate in Huron's annual incentive compensation program, which reflects Huron's pay for performance philosophy. Inclusive of annual incentive compensation opportunity, the total estimated compensation range for this job is $86,250 - $115,000. The job is also eligible to participate in Huron's benefit plans which include medical, dental and vision coverage and other wellness programs. The salary range information provided is in accordance with applicable state and local laws regarding salary transparency that are currently in effect and may be implemented in the future.
