Selling Branch Manager

As Selling Branch Manager, you wear two hats and you wear them both well. On one side, you build a book of business grounded in trust, opening new doors and deepening the relationships you already have. On the other, you lead a team that looks to you for coaching, support, and direction.

You will own the branch, its numbers, and its culture. You will hold people accountable and still be the manager everyone wants to work for. That balance is the job.

• Build lasting client relationships through steady outreach and real partnership
• Win new business while growing the accounts you already serve
• Lead and develop your team with a coaching, collaborative style
• Own branch performance, balancing accountability with care
• Track pipeline activity and keep your CRM reporting clean and accurate
• Get to know your clients' workforce needs and champion them like they are your own

• Two to three years of B2B sales experience
• A people first mindset with strong listening and communication skills
• Organized and dependable, with a consistent, structured approach to your work
• A collaborative leadership style that lifts others up and helps them win
• Staffing or workforce solutions experience is a bonus

$75,000 base salary plus uncapped commission, with on target earnings of $100,000 and up. The ceiling is set by the relationships you build, not by us.
