Semiconductor Engineer needs 2+ years experience

* B.S. Degree in Mechanical or Chemical Engineering, or Material Science

* Strong communication and good interpersonal skills

* Work with internal and cross-functional teams

* Demonstrated laboratory skills presenting results to technical team

Semiconductor Engineer duties:

* Work together with application engineer to develop the semiconductor packaging material for advanced packaging.

* Takes ownership and responsibility for assigned work and will operate the semiconductor application equipment including failure analysis
