Lead electrical engineering projects from concept through product release and post-launch support. Coordinate activities across Electrical, Mechanical, Software, Firmware, Systems, Manufacturing, Quality, Service, and Supply Chain teams. Manage project schedules, milestones, deliverables, dependencies, and technical risks. Facilitate requirements reviews, design reviews, verification readiness reviews, and other technical governance activities. Drive action item closure, issue resolution, and cross-functional decision making. Support risk management initiatives, FMEA activities, and engineering change management processes. Monitor project performance and implement recovery plans when schedule or technical risks arise. Provide regular status updates to engineering leadership and stakeholders. Support manufacturing release activities, product introductions, sustaining engineering efforts, and product enhancements. Help remove organizational barriers and ensure teams remain focused on achieving project objectives.

Ideal Candidate: Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or a related technical discipline. 7+ years of experience in Electrical Engineering, Systems Engineering, or related product development environments. 3+ years of experience leading technical projects, engineering programs, or complex cross-functional initiatives. Strong understanding of electrical hardware development processes and product lifecycle management. Experience managing technical schedules, deliverables, reviews, and stakeholder communications. Ability to influence teams and drive results without direct reporting authority. Strong problem-solving, organizational, and communication skills. Experience with engineering change management, risk management, and structured product development methodologies preferred. Knowledge of power distribution, high-voltage systems, RF power systems, PCB development, or related technologies is highly desirable. Experience with Planview, Jira, Jama, Microsoft Project, or similar project management tools is preferred. Experience supporting complex capital equipment, industrial systems, or advanced technology products is a plus.
