Senior Account Executive

We are seeking a Senior Account Executive to develop and grow client relationships in the healthcare space. In this role, you will sell recruiting and staffing services to healthcare organizations, build a book of business, and partner with a delivery team to fill client openings.

Responsibilities include prospecting and developing new accounts, managing and expanding existing client relationships, understanding client hiring needs, and consistently meeting or exceeding sales targets.

The ideal candidate has experience in B2B sales, ideally selling services to healthcare organizations, with a track record of developing new business. Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills are required.
