A fast-growing, innovative provider of enterprise battery monitoring and management systems is seeking a Senior Account Manager – Americas to join the team. This is a remote, high-impact role with significant earning potential and the opportunity to shape the company's commercial presence across the Americas. The Senior Account Manager – Americas is responsible for providing strategic leadership, driving revenue growth, managing enterprise-level client relationships, and acquiring new business across the Americas region.

Salary + Additional Benefits:

Location: Dallas, TX (Remote)
Type of Position: Direct Hire

Responsibilities:
  • Develop strategies to drive revenue growth across the Americas.
  • Identify and capitalize on opportunities for upselling, cross-selling, and expanding service offerings within the region.
  • Establish and meet annual revenue and profitability targets for the region.
  • Monitor account performance metrics, analyze trends, and provide regular reporting to senior leadership.
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities while expanding relationships within existing enterprise-level accounts.
  • Serve as the executive sponsor for key account customers in the Americas, maintaining strong relationships at the C-suite level, key decision makers, and stakeholders within each account to enhance partnerships.
  • Collaborate and communicate with cross-functional teams (e.g., customer success, marketing, operations, product development) to ensure a seamless customer experience.
  • Ensure alignment with client needs, providing customized solutions that drive long-term value.
  • Analyze market trends, competitive landscape, and customer insights to identify and capitalize on growth opportunities.
  • Drive strategic initiatives to expand the company's footprint in new territories or market segments within the Americas.
  • Partner with global leadership teams to create cohesive sales strategies that align with regional goals and global priorities.
  • Set clear performance metrics and KPIs to measure success and ensure accountability.
  • Manage the sales pipeline within the company CRM, forecast revenue, and report progress to executive leadership.
  • Implement tools and processes that improve sales efficiency, scalability, and team performance.
  • Act as the voice of the customer within the organization, ensuring client feedback informs product and service improvements.
  • Resolve escalated issues and conflicts, ensuring exceptional client satisfaction and retention.
  • Represent the company at global events, conferences, and client meetings.

Requirements:
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in the critical infrastructure environment, preferably in the data center market
  • Technical background in critical infrastructure with a focus on batteries and/or UPS systems required
  • Proven track record of driving multimillion-dollar revenue growth and managing enterprise accounts
  • Strong negotiation skills and ability to influence senior stakeholders, internal and external
  • Deep understanding of the Americas market landscape; experience working in international markets is a plus
  • Demonstrated ability to analyze complex business environments and implement strategic sales initiatives
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills
  • Willingness to travel domestically and internationally as needed (up to 40%); frequent overnight travel required
  • PC proficient with Microsoft Office
  • Strong CRM experience; HubSpot preferred
