Senior Account Manager

Clark's White Glove Delivery is looking for an experienced Senior Account Manager to support one of our premier retail clients in the Kansas City market. In this role you'll own the day-to-day client relationship, keep our delivery operation running smoothly, and help guide our account team.Pay: $23.00 - $25.00 per hour, based on experienceSchedule: Monday - FridayWhat You'll DoServe as the main point of contact between our customers, our premier client, and our delivery teamsSchedule and confirm customer furniture deliveries and handle inbound calls and escalationsResolve delivery issues, damages, and customer concerns quickly and professionallyRun daily call reports and track delivery metrics such as on-time performance, damages, and customer satisfaction using Excel and other programsShare performance updates with client contacts and local operations leadershipTrain and support Account Managers and help improve our processesWhat We're Looking For3 - 5 years of experience in account management, customer service, dispatch, or logisticsStrong phone and written communication skillsExcel, Google, and all-around computer knowledgeAbility to multitask and stay organized in a fast-paced environmentA positive, team-first attitude and a knack for solving problemsExperience in furniture, home delivery, or last-mile logistics is a plusIf you enjoy building strong client relationships and keeping a busy operation on track, we'd love to hear from you!
