    $120M, PE-Backed Global Enterprise

    Senior Accountant

    Work Model: Hybrid (Flexible) - 2x a week in office

     

    Our client is a PE-backed global organization with a strong US presence and international footprint, continues to grow steadily through organic initiatives and strategic acquisitions. They are seeking a Senior Accountant to join their U.S. finance team. Reporting to the Controller this role offers strong visibility and the opportunity to play a key role in a multi-entity, subscription-based business.

     

    Responsibilities

    • Support month-end and year-end close, including journal entries, accruals, and prepayments
    • Maintain and reconcile general ledger and balance sheet accounts
    • Manage revenue recognition under ASC 606, including deferred revenue schedules
    • Partner with FP&A to deliver accurate financial data and support reporting needs
    • Prepare financial statements, variance analysis, and management reporting
    • Assist with audit, tax compliance, and regulatory reporting requirements
    • Perform bank reconciliations, fixed asset tracking, and intercompany accounting
    • Collaborate cross-functionally with U.S. and international teams

     

    Qualifications

    • Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance
    • 3–6 years of progressive accounting experience
    • CPA preferred, not required
    • Strong understanding of US GAAP, including ASC 606
    • Experience with NetSuite or similar ERP systems
    • Exposure to subscription-based or multi-entity environments is a plus
