Senior Accountant
Salary: $70,000 – $105,000
Location: Minneapolis (hybrid – 3 days/month in office)

What You’ll Do
- Lead month-end close activities including journal entries, reconciliations, and revenue reporting
- Interpret multi-element SaaS contracts and apply ASC 606 revenue recognition guidance
- Review and approve revenue transactions in NetSuite and ensure policy compliance
- Partner cross-functionally to optimize quote-to-cash processes and improve data accuracy
- Support audits, maintain SOX compliance, and enhance internal controls
- Identify and execute process improvements, automation, and system enhancements
What You Bring
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting/Finance + 2+ years of relevant experience
- Strong knowledge of US GAAP, ASC 606, and SOX in a public company or similar environment
- Experience handling technical accounting issues and audit support
- CPA (or progress toward) and experience with NetSuite/SaaS revenue strongly preferred
