Senior Accountant

As our team continues to grow, we are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Senior Accountant to join our dynamic and collaborative environment.Position SummaryWe are looking for a Senior Accountant with a strong background in manufacturing and/or construction accounting. The Senior Accountant will oversee the month end close function for construction projects, including financial reporting, cost analysis, and compliance. This position plays a vital role in ensuring financial requires strong leadership, technical expertise, and collaboration with project managers and senior leadership.Key ResponsibilitiesMonth end close responsibilities including consolidations.Prepare and review financial statements; ensure GAAP compliance.Reconcile all accounts monthly to ensure accurate reporting and ledger maintenance.Manage job costing, progress billing, and WIP/SOV schedules.Provide monthly variance analysis vs budget.Assist in managing cash flow by monitoring collections and payments.Ensure regulatory compliance and tax filings.Support ERP system implementation and process improvements.QualificationsBachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.3-5 years of progressive accounting experience in construction or manufacturing.Strong knowledge of GAAP and project-based financial management.Proficiency in ERP systems and implementing a new ERP system.Advanced Excel skills and strong analytical capabilities.Excellent organizational and communication skills.Preferred SkillsExperience with Quickbooks Online, Textura, ProCore, or similar construction industry billing platforms.Familiarity with multi-jurisdictional tax compliance.Knowledge of lien waiver processes and contract compliance.Health, dental, and vision insurance; 401(k) with company match; paid time off.100% On-Site: This position is fully in-office with no remote or hybrid option.BenefitsCompetitive salary based on experience.Health, dental, and vision insurance.401(k) with company match.Paid time off and holidays.To ApplyPlease submit your resume for consideration.#J-18808-Ljbffr
