Senior Accountant

Salary: $85K-$105K

Key Responsibilities for the Senior Accountant:

• Manage fixed assets, related reconciliations, and asset documentation
• Perform project accounting, reconciliations, labor postings, and journal entries
• Support month-end close activities, account reconciliations, and financial reporting
• Oversee key accounts receivable functions including invoicing, cash application, and collections
• Assist with accounts payable processing, check runs, and expense management
• Document and improve accounting processes and work instructions

Qualifications for the Senior Accountant:

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting or related field preferred
• 5-7+ years of accounting experience, preferably within manufacturing
• Fixed assets and project accounting experience required
• Oracle or large ERP system experience preferred
