This is a highly visible role that partners with accounting leadership and operational teams, offering the opportunity to make a significant impact on processes, reporting, and overall business performance.ResponsibilitiesManage month-end and quarter-end close activities, including journal entries, reconciliations, and financial reporting.Prepare and analyze revenue recognition, work-in-progress (WIP), and project profitability reporting.Partner with operations and project teams to review project costs, budgets, forecasts, and variances.Support multi-entity consolidations and preparation of consolidated financial statements.Assist with external audits, compliance requirements, and technical accounting researchImprove accounting processes, internal controls, and reporting efficiencies.Support budgeting, forecasting, cash flow analysis, and management reporting.Mentor junior team members and contribute to a collaborative accounting functionRequirementsBachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.3+ years of progressive accounting experience, including public accounting audit experience.Experience in construction, engineering, manufacturing, or other project-based environments preferred.Strong understanding of U.S. GAAP, revenue recognition, and financial reporting.Experience with consolidations and financial statement preparation.Advanced Excel skills and experience working with ERP systems.CPA or CPA-track preferred.Strong communication, analytical, and organizational skills.Competitive base salary plus bonus opportunity.Flexible hybrid work environment.High-visibility role with direct exposure to leadership.Opportunity to make a meaningful impact within a growing organization.Collaborative team culture with strong career growth potential.#J-18808-Ljbffr
