Key Responsibilities

• 
  
• Manage and maintain accurate accounting records, including journal entries, account reconciliations, and supporting schedules.
• 
  
• Assist with month-end and year-end close processes and prepare financial reports for management.
• 
  
• Analyze account activity, investigate discrepancies, and ensure transactions are recorded accurately.
• 
  
• Support budgeting, forecasting, audits, and other accounting and finance projects as needed.
• 
  
• Partner with internal teams to improve processes and provide accurate financial information to support business decisions.
• 
  

Qualifications

• 
  
• Associates degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
• 
  
• 5+ years of progressive accounting experience.
• 
  
• Strong understanding of GAAP, financial reporting, reconciliations, and month-end close.
