Senior Accountant
Summary of Role
The Senior Accountant is a key team member in the company's global accounting team, working with the Accounting Manager to establish a world-class accounting organization. The Senior Accountant is responsible for the detailed review of work prepared by the Center of Excellence (COE) team, ownership of multiple balance sheet reconciliations, and ownership of SG&A and COGS accrual processes. Beyond core close responsibilities, this role plays an active part in process improvement initiatives and in elevating the quality, clarity, and usefulness of financial reporting delivered to other departments. The ideal candidate is highly detail-oriented, a strong critical thinker, and a collaborative team player who raises the standard of accuracy and insight across the team.
