Key Responsibilities for the Senior Accountant:

• Manage general ledger activities, journal entries, account reconciliations, and month-end close processes to ensure accurate and timely financial reporting.
• 
  
• Support manufacturing accounting activities, including inventory, cost accounting, and analysis of production-related expenses.
• 
  
• Assist with budgeting, forecasting, audit preparation, and internal control procedures.
• 
  
• Identify opportunities to improve accounting processes, streamline reporting, and strengthen the accuracy and efficiency of financial operations.

Qualifications for the Senior Accountant:

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.

• 4+ years of progressive accounting experience, ideally within a manufacturing environment.

• Strong understanding of cost accounting, fixed assets and month end close.
