The organization partners with established residential home services businesses, delivering the financial and operational infrastructure necessary to support scalable, high-performance growthWith continued growth across multiple West Coast markets, we are seeking a Senior Accountant to support regional accounting operations and ensure accurate, timely, and compliant financial reporting.The Senior Accountant plays a critical role in supporting regional accounting operations across multiple operating entities. This position is responsible for hands‑on execution of core accounting functions, including month‑end close, general ledger management, financial statement preparation, and balance sheet reconciliations.The ideal candidate brings strong technical accounting skills, thrives in a fast‑paced, multi‑entity environment, and enjoys building repeatable, high‑quality processes. This role partners closely with Accounting Managers and operational leaders to ensure financial accuracy, strengthen controls, and support data‑driven decision‑making.Key ResponsibilitiesPrepare and analyze monthly financial statements in accordance with U.S. GAAPSupport/Perform general ledger activities including journal entries, account reconciliations, and month‑end close proceduresExecute balance sheet reconciliations and investigate variances or discrepanciesSupport internal controls and audit readiness, including SOX‑related documentation and testingAssist with accounts payable and accounts receivable processes to ensure accurate and timely processingPrepare financial reports and schedules for leadership, auditors, and internal stakeholdersSupport regulatory reporting requirements, including coordination of tax‑related schedules (in partnership with tax teams)Utilize ERP and accounting systems (Sage Intacct or similar) to maintain data accuracy and process efficiencyCollaborate cross‑functionally with FP&A, Operations, AP/AR, and regional leadershipIdentify opportunities for process improvement and assist in implementing scalable accounting proceduresProvide guidance and mentorship to junior accounting staff as neededQualifications & ExperienceRequired Qualifications3–5+ years of progressive accounting experienceStrong knowledge of U.S. GAAPBachelor's degree in Accounting or related fieldExperience working in multi‑entity or platform‑based organizationsERP experience required (Sage Intacct or similar strongly preferred)Proven ability to manage deadlines and priorities in a fast‑paced environmentStrong written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to explain financial concepts to non‑finance partnersPreferred QualificationsExperience in high‑growth, acquisition‑driven environmentsPrior exposure to internal controls or SOX frameworksCompensation & BenefitsAnnual Pay Range: $85,000 - $95,000 DOE .
