Compensation: $90,000 - $98,000 + comprehensive benefits

What You'll Own

Accounting & Financial Reporting

• 
  
• Lead and support monthly, quarterly, and annual close activities across multiple entities
• 
  
• Prepare and review journal entries, accruals, account reconciliations, and supporting schedules
• 
  
• Maintain balance sheet reconciliations, intercompany accounts, and clearing accounts
• 
  
• Support financial reporting and quarterly reporting requirements
• 
  
• Assist with debt-related reporting and financial analysis
• 
  

Fixed Assets & Lease Accounting

• 
  
• Own the full fixed asset lifecycle, including:
  
  • 
    
  • Capital expenditure tracking
  • 
    
  • Asset capitalization
  • 
    
  • Depreciation calculations
  • 
    
  • Asset disposals
  • 
    
  • Fixed asset roll-forwards
  • 
    
  
  
• 
  
• Manage lease accounting activities and related reporting requirements
• 
  

Audit & Compliance

• 
  
• Serve as a key liaison during interim and year-end audit engagements
• 
  
• Prepare audit schedules and supporting documentation
• 
  
• Ensure compliance with accounting policies and procedures
• 
  

Leadership & Process Improvement

• 
  
• Mentor and support staff accountants and accounting specialists
• 
  
• Review work product and provide technical accounting guidance
• 
  
• Help prioritize team workloads and support deadline management
• 
  
• Partner with leadership on process improvement initiatives
• 
  
• Contribute to ERP optimization and accounting systems enhancements
• 
  

What We're Looking For

Required Experience

• 
  
• Senior Accountant or advanced accounting experience with strong technical accounting skills
• 
  
• Deep understanding of general ledger accounting and month-end close processes
• 
  
• Experience preparing journal entries, accruals, and account reconciliations
• 
  
• Strong balance sheet reconciliation experience
• 
  
• Significant fixed asset accounting experience with ownership of the complete asset lifecycle
• 
  
• Lease accounting experience
• 
  
• Financial reporting experience
• 
  
• Multi-entity accounting environment experience
• 
  
• Prior experience mentoring, training, or reviewing the work of accounting staff
•

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
