This senior‑level role is responsible for performing complex financial analysis, reconciling accounts, and ensuring compliance with accounting standards and regulations. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of GAAP, financial reporting, and internal controls, with the ability to work independently and provide guidance to other accountants. This is a hybrid position based out of the Grand Rapids office.How You Will Do It General Ledger & Account Reconciliation: Perform advanced reconciliations of accounts to the general ledger and resolve discrepancies. Work closely with plant controllers on inventory provisions and balance sheet reconciliation.Process owner for Intercompany Transactions: Record and reconcile intercompany transactions and ensure proper elimination entries for consolidated financial statements.
