Key Responsibilities:

• Lead the month-end closing process, including journal entries, accruals, and comprehensive financial reporting.
• 
  
• Conduct financial analysis to uncover trends and provide actionable insights to drive business growth.
• 
  
• Prepare monthly forecasts and annual budgets, analyzing results against budgets and prior periods to identify opportunities for improvement.
• 
  
• Manage customer invoicing, cash receipts, and vendor payments efficiently.
• 
  
• Oversee bank account reconciliations, daily reporting, and approval of outbound transfers.
• 
  
• Maintain Fixed Asset records and prepare annual property tax returns.
• 
  
• Act as a liaison with auditors and tax preparers to ensure accurate representation of financial results.
• 
  
• Proactively investigate and resolve discrepancies in financial reports and transactions.
• 
  
• Drive process improvements and make recommendations for optimizing accounting operations.
• 
  
• Ensure compliance with GAAP, SOX, and IFRS standards.
•
