This role is responsible for leading the F&B month-end close process , analyzing financial performance, and driving standardization and efficiency across multiple resort locations.The ideal candidate has strong experience in hospitality accounting , inventory management systems (Yellow Dog or similar) , and advanced financial analysis.What You Will Do:Lead and coordinate F&B month-end close across all resort propertiesPrepare, review, and analyze financial statements, revenue, and expense variancesEnsure timely and accurate journal entries and balance sheet reconciliationsDevelop and improve F&B accounting processes, SOPs, and efficienciesStandardize accounting practices across multiple resort locationsMonitor and analyze inventory movement, investigate variances, and resolve discrepanciesPartner with FP&A on budgeting and forecasting processesGenerate executive-level reports and dashboards to support decision-makingTrain and support users on Yellow Dog inventory systemTroubleshoot system issues and collaborate with IT on testing and enhancementsPartner cross-functionally with Operations, IT, and Finance teamsLead inventory communication cycles, including deadlines and reporting requirementsProvide problem-solving insights and actionable recommendations to leadershipTo perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily.
