Senior Accountant – Indianapolis, IN (Onsite) | $85,000–$92,500/year

What you’ll be doing:

  • Manage month-end close for multiple entities, ensuring accurate and timely financials

  • Handle intercompany transactions, reconciliations, and consolidations

  • Prepare financial statements and support variance analysis

  • Reconcile general ledger accounts and resolve discrepancies

  • Assist with audits, compliance, and internal controls

  • Partner with operations to improve financial processes and reporting accuracy


What you bring:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance

  • 3–6+ years of accounting experience, including multi-entity exposure

  • Strong understanding of GAAP and full-cycle accounting

  • Experience in distribution, manufacturing, or inventory-driven environments preferred
