The Senior Accountant will be responsible for managing financial records, preparing financial statements, and ensuring compliance with accounting standards and regulations. Daily tasks will involve financial reporting, budgeting, forecasting, and conducting audits. Additionally, the Senior Accountant will analyze financial data to assist in strategic planning and support the company's overall financial health.Essential Duties and ResponsibilitiesReview and maintain monthly/quarterly financial reporting packages.Support accounting system implementation and data migration.Upload and process financial data in the accounting system.Maintain accounting and tax documents in the shared folders.Supervise and monitor employees in the Accounting Department.Analyzes accounting records, including financial statements and other financial reports to assess accuracy, completeness and conformance to company accounting policies and procedures.Supports annual audit by providing information to auditors.Manages and supports month‑end and year‑end closing, including preparation, review and approval of general ledger entries and balance sheet account analyses.Monitor and update QuickBooks journal entries.Partner with the operations team and perform daily inquiries on unusual transactions.Perform special projects and other functions assigned by management.QualificationsFinancial management and budgeting skillsExperience in financial reporting and analysisExperience in AIA billingKnowledge of accounting standards and regulatory complianceExperience with conducting audits and internal controlsProficiency in accounting software and Microsoft ExcelExcellent analytical and problem‑solving skillsStrong attention to detail and accuracyBachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related fieldCPA certification is a plusMinimum 10 years of relevant experience in accountingExcellent written and verbal communication skillsAble to work independently and with a team.Estimated Salary Range$70,000 -$90,000#J-18808-Ljbffr
