Our mission is to manage the financial affairs of the principal with precision, discretion, and a high degree of care. We are seeking a hands-on Senior Accountant who thrives in a dynamic environment and is eager to contribute to high-impact financial operations across entities and investments.Role Summary:As the Senior Accountant, you will work directly with the CFO to maintain accurate financial records, support the preparation of consolidated financial statements, and ensure tax and regulatory compliance across a portfolio of entities. You will play a critical role in building and maintaining financial reporting infrastructure and serve as a key liaison with external vendors, financial advisors, and the family office's external bookkeeper.Key Responsibilities:1. Accounting and Financial ReportingAssist with monthly close for 12+ entities (LLCs, investment vehicles, operating companies)Maintain general ledger accuracy and integrity across entitiesSupport consolidation of financials into monthly and quarterly reporting packagesPrepare personal financial statements under the direction of the CFOConduct variance analysis and reconcile intercompany transactionsSupervise and review the work of an external bookkeeperTransition external bookkeeper responsibilities to in-houseEnsure timely and accurate accounts payable/receivable processingMaintain updated and structured QuickBooks chart of accounts3. Tax Coordination and ComplianceSupport preparation and filing of quarterly tax estimates and year-end documentsCoordinate with outside CPAs to ensure timely tax filings and complianceTrack charitable donations, trust distributions, and other tax-advantaged activity4. Investment & Treasury SupportAssist in compiling investment performance data across accounts and custodiansHelp maintain cash flow forecasting models and liquidity dashboardsCoordinate with private banking teams for wires, transfers, and account maintenance5.
