This is a hybrid opportunity; you must be local to the Twin Cities area to be considered.ResponsibilitiesOwn key pieces of the monthly, quarterly, and annual close processPrepare and review complex journal entries, reconciliations, and account analysesResearch and document technical accounting matters under U.S.GAAPSupport areas such as lease accounting, capitalized software, accruals, payroll‑related accounting, and purchase accountingPartner with FP&A, revenue accounting, HR, and other internal teams to ensure accurate financial reportingSupport internal and external audit requestsAssist with SOX compliance, internal controls testing, and process documentationIdentify opportunities to improve controls, automate recurring tasks, and streamline accounting workflowsWork with systems and reporting tools including ERP, expense platforms, and financial reporting softwareUse Excel and data analysis tools to review large datasets and provide meaningful insightsDesired Skills and ExperienceBachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field2+ years of relevant accounting experienceStrong understanding of U.S.GAAPPublic company and/or SOX experienceExperience supporting audits and working through technical accounting issuesStrong Excel skills and comfort working with large datasetsAbility to work independently while collaborating across departmentsCPA or progress toward CPA preferredExperience with tools such as NetSuite, Salesforce, Avalara, OneStream, Tipalti, or Concur is a plusHealthcare, SaaS, or public accounting experience is helpful but not required#J-18808-Ljbffr
