In this role, you'll support lease accounting. You'll play a key part in maintaining accurate financial records through journal entries, reconciliations, and KPI updates with an emphasis on SOX‑compliant processes and cross‑functional coordination. This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys working independently with general direction, proactively communicates progress, and takes ownership of their deliverables. You'll be part of a collaborative and technically savvy team that values continuous learning, system improvement, and operational excellence.What You'll Do Own and execute full‑cycle lease accounting including: review quarterly IBR rate, review new or amended contracts, assess portfolio for impairment triggers, review agreements for embedded leases, input leases into subledger system, generate and post lease entries, assess and record lease accruals, review subtenant billing, prepare variance analysis, prepare lease disclosures, and partner with FP&A on Budget vs Actual analysisUpdate key accounting metrics and support KPI tracking during month‑end closeCollaborate with Facilities and Global Network Infrastructure teams to resolve issues and ensure accuracyProactively communicate task status, escalate issues as needed, and follow through on deliverablesSupport additional accounting tasks and evolving team needs as assigned — this role will grow over time, and flexibility to take on new responsibilities is keyWhat We're Looking For Bachelor's degree in Accounting or related field3–5+ years of experience in corporate or public accountingFamiliarity with global accounting operations and U.S. GAAP (ASC 842)Detail‑oriented, well‑organized, and dependableStrong Excel skills (XLOOKUP, pivot tables)Able to work independently with general direction and communicate effectively across teamsComfortable taking ownership of tasks, asking thoughtful questions, and seeing work through to completionWe'll be super impressed if you have experience in any of these: Audit experience and CPA a plusExperience with NetSuite, FloQast, LeaseQuery, Coupa, and G‑Suite a plusWork Hours This position will require you to be available during core business hours.Work Location & Travel Requirements This position is a remote role and open to candidates residing in the United States. Travel may be required as needed.Salary The estimated salary range for this position is $89,880 – $107,856. Starting salary may vary based on permissible, non‑discriminatory factors such as experience, skills, qualifications, and location.
