Senior Accountant

SNI Companies is partnered with a fantastic and dynamicPosition OverviewThe Sole Accountant will oversee all accounting functions, ensuring the accuracy and integrity of financial data. This role will support the President and executive team with timely financial reporting, forecasting, and strategic analysis. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, analytical, and adaptable, with a strong understanding of general accounting principles and business operations.Key ResponsibilitiesManage day-to-day bookkeeping including A/P, A/R, bank reconciliations, and POS system entries.Prepare accurate and timely monthly financial statements and reports for the President and executive team.Monitor and manage budgets throughout the year, performing variance analysis and expense control.Oversee the general ledger, journal entries, and internal controls.Process and review payroll (training provided).Administer benefits including insurance and 401(k) programs.Ensure compliance with HR policies and current employment laws.Conduct periodic internal audits for inventory, SOPs, and HR procedures.Partner with vendors and suppliers to maintain positive relationships.Participate in special projects and continuous process improvement initiatives.Support forecasting and financial analysis to aid business growth and strategic decisions.Education & ExperienceBachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field required.Minimum 5 years of progressive accounting experience.Experience in food & beverage or hospitality industry strongly preferred.Proficiency in QuickBooks and Microsoft Excel (advanced level required).Familiarity with inventory systems and POS software such as Toast, Tock, or similar platforms.Skills & AttributesStrong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment.Highly organized and detail-oriented with excellent problem-solving skills.Confident in identifying process improvements and communicating solutions.Strong analytical and forecasting abilities.Capable of working independently and managing multiple priorities.Positive, collaborative, and professional attitude.Passion for the brand and company mission.#J-18808-Ljbffr
