Key Responsibilities for the Senior Accountant:

• Prepare and maintain account reconciliations
• Support month-end close activities and financial reporting
• Partner with payroll on accounting-related transactions and reporting
• Assist with annual financial audits and 401(k) audits
• Analyze financial data and ensure accuracy of accounting records
• Support ongoing accounting operations and compliance requirements

Qualifications for the Senior Accountant:

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
• Experience in general ledger accounting and account reconciliations
• Strong background in month-end close and financial reporting
• Experience supporting external audits and compliance activities
• Proficiency with Great Plains and/or Financial Edge preferred
• Advanced Microsoft Excel skills preferred
