Senior Accountant

Salary: $40.00/hour

• Perform balance sheet reconciliations and account analysis
• Prepare audit schedules and provide audit support documentation
• Reconcile utility, maintenance, and other operational invoices
• Follow up with vendors regarding outstanding or missing invoices
• Track accruals and support month-end close activities

Qualifications for the Senior Accountant:

• Strong experience with balance sheet reconciliations
• Hands-on accrual accounting and month-end close experience
• Audit preparation and audit support experience
• Advanced Excel skills, including VLOOKUP and XLOOKUP
• Property management or affordable housing accounting experience preferred
