Senior Accountant + Flexible Schedule + Omaha

What Youll Do
- Manage day-to-day accounting operations including accounts payable, accounts receivable, and cash management.
- Prepare journal entries, account reconciliations, and month-end close activities.
- Produce financial reports and provide reporting support to company leadership.
- Assist with inventory accounting and reconciliation for a large product catalog.
- Process bi-weekly payroll through a third-party provider.
- Coordinate sales tax filings, business licenses, and other compliance-related activities.
- Work with outside partners including the CPA firm, banking contacts, and other service providers.
- Support ongoing process improvements as the company continues to expand.
What Theyre Looking For
- Bachelors degree in Accounting.
- Approximately 5+ years of progressive accounting experience.
- Strong understanding of month-end close and financial reporting.
- Experience with QuickBooks is preferred.
- Advanced Excel skills and comfort learning new software.
- Inventory accounting experience is highly desirable.
- Manufacturing or distribution industry experience is a plus.
