Senior Accountant


Salary: $85,000 - $95,000 + Bonus
Location: Orlando, FL (Hybrid)

Key Responsibilities for the Senior Accountant:



  • Prepare journal entries, account reconciliations, and supporting schedules

  • Perform balance sheet reconciliations, bank reconciliations, and general ledger analysis

  • Support month-end, quarter-end, and year-end close processes

  • Ensure compliance with GAAP and maintain accurate financial reporting

  • Analyze revenue, commissions, expenses, and financial transactions

  • Research and resolve accounting discrepancies while partnering with internal departments

  • Prepare audit schedules and supporting documentation for external auditors

  • Assist with financial reporting, ad hoc analysis, and special projects

  • Support internal controls, accounting policy enhancements, and process improvements

  • Partner with leadership on automation initiatives and Workday process optimization


Qualifications for the Senior Accountant:



  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field

  • 3-5 years of progressive accounting experience

  • Experience with journal entries, account reconciliations, financial reporting, and month-end close

  • Advanced Microsoft Excel skills required

  • Exposure to automation, AI tools, or process improvement initiatives required
