Key Responsibilities for the Senior Accountant:

Prepare and analyze financial reports, dashboards, and management reporting packages
Support month-end and year-end close processes, reconciliations, and financial analysis
Oversee daily accounting functions including accounts payable, accounts receivable, billing, and related workflows
Assist with trust accounting compliance, reporting, and reconciliations
Partner with leadership to enhance processes, reporting accuracy, and operational efficiency
Support budgeting, forecasting, and financial compliance initiatives

Qualifications for the Senior Accountant:

Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance required
3+ years of accounting experience required
Advanced Excel skills including pivot tables, lookups, dashboards, reporting, and financial analysis required
Law firm and trust accounting experience strongly preferred
