Salary: $100K-$120K

Key Responsibilities for the Senior Accountant:
- Maintain the general ledger and prepare journal entries, analysis, and account reconciliations.
- Manage Job Costing, WIP, and POC accounting activities.
- Prepare financial reports and support financial analysis.
- Assist with month-end close processes and review accounting transactions.
- Ensure compliance with financial policies and regulations.
- Support budgeting, financial statement preparation, and special projects.
Qualifications for the Senior Accountant:
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance.
- 4+ years of accounting experience.
- Experience with WIP, Job Costing, or POC accounting environments.
- Strong Excel skills.
- Experience with accounting software and Microsoft Office.
- Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills.
