Senior Accountant / Payroll Responsibilities

• 
  

• Manage general ledger accounting, journal entries, accruals, prepaid expenses, fixed assets, and balance sheet reconciliations.

• Support month-end, quarter-end, and year-end close processes across multiple entities.

  
  
• 
  

• Assist with weekly and biweekly payroll processing for approximately 120 salaried and hourly employees across multiple locations.

• Support the transition from Rippling to ADP, including payroll reconciliations, reporting, and process improvements.

• Handle intercompany reconciliations, cash reconciliations, AP support, and account coding.

  
  
• 
  

• Assist with manufacturing accounting, including inventory reconciliations, direct labor, overhead, and cost allocations.

• Help integrate newly acquired businesses into standardized accounting and payroll processes.

• Participate in the NetSuite implementation and ongoing accounting process improvements.

Senior Accountant / Payroll Preferred Requirements

• 
  

• Bachelor's degree required; accounting or finance concentration preferred but not required.

  
  
• 
  

• Strong general ledger accounting experience, including journal entries, reconciliations, and month-end close.

  
  
• 
  

• Hands-on payroll processing experience, ideally supporting hourly and salaried employees across multiple pay schedules.

  
  
• 
  

• Advanced Excel skills, including lookups, formulas, and large data sets.

  
  
• 
  

• Experience with ADP, NetSuite, QuickBooks, Rippling, or JobBOSS preferred.

  
  
• 
  

• Manufacturing accounting, inventory, and multi-entity experience are strong pluses.
