Key Responsibilities- Senior Accountant

• 
  

• Lead key aspects of the month-end and year-end close process.

  
  
• 
  

• Manage revenue recognition activities in accordance with ASC 606, including deferred revenue schedules.

  
  
• 
  

• The Senior Accountant will prepare and review journal entries, account reconciliations, and supporting schedules.

  
  
• 
  

• Analyze financial data and investigate variances and unusual activity.

  
  
• 
  

• Support internal and external audits and assist with financial reporting requirements.

  
  
• 
  

• The Senior Accountant will partner with FP&A, operations, and other cross-functional teams on accounting-related matters.

• Identify opportunities to improve accounting processes, reporting, and internal controls.

  
  
• 
  

• The Senior Accountant will assist with special projects and other accounting initiatives as needed.

Qualifications- Senior Accountant

• 
  

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.

  
  
• 
  

• 3+ years of progressive accounting experience; SaaS or public accounting experience preferred.

  
  
• 
  

• Strong understanding of GAAP and technical accounting principles, particularly ASC 606 revenue recognition.

  
  
• 
  

• Experience with NetSuite or a similar ERP system.

  
  
• 
  

• Strong Excel skills and experience working with financial data.

  
  
• 
  

• Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
