Senior Accountant

Are you an experienced accounting professional with a background in construction? We're looking for a Senior Accountant to support a strong team by overseeing project accounting, financial reporting, and compliance throughout the construction lifecycle. Interested in more details? Core duties and responsibilities include:

• Manage job cost accounting and reconcile project general ledgers
• Prepare monthly funding draw packages for lenders and investors
• Monitor project budgets, costs, and funding sources
• Support monthly, quarterly, and year-end financial close processes
• Prepare WIP reports, account reconciliations, and variance analyses
• Support audits, financing transactions, and process improvement initiatives

Required skills and qualifications:

• 3–6+ years of accounting experience in construction
• Strong experience with job cost accounting and financial reporting
• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field (or equivalent experience)
• Advanced Excel skills and experience with accounting/ERP systems
• Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills
• Public accounting experience is a plus

Compensation:

The Salary range for this position is from $90k to $100k, depending on experience.
