This role supports the close process, works with external auditors, and helps maintain the accuracy and integrity of financial reporting.Responsibilities:Manage and perform full-cycle accounting close procedures, ensuring timely and accurate completion of monthly, quarterly, and annual tasksPrepare and review supporting schedules, workpapers, account reconciliations, and job cost reportsConduct detailed reviews and research to ensure accuracy within materiality thresholdsOversee quarterly IFRS reporting packages and annual US GAAP audits for assigned entitiesServe as a workflow and technical mentor to other accountantsCollaborate with various departments to ensure business transactions are accurately reflected in the ledgerPerform other duties as assignedEducation / Experience:Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance (or equivalent) requiredActive CPA, CMA, or CA license preferred2–4 years of accounting experience in a mid-size or large corporate environment and/or public accountingExperience with SAP and BI/BW preferredPrior workflow supervision and audit experience preferredSkills / Knowledge / Abilities:Proficiency with integrated accounting software and Microsoft ExcelSolid knowledge of US GAAP or IFRSStrong organizational, administrative, and communication skillsSelf-motivated, collaborative, and proactive team contributorAbility to complete assignments independently, with effective research, analysis, and problem-solving skills#J-18808-Ljbffr
