Key Responsibilities

• Manage full-cycle payroll for 100+ employees, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and timely processing.

• Oversee accounts payable functions, including invoice processing, vendor payments, and expense reporting.

• Prepare and manage grant-related budgets, financial reports, and supporting documentation.
• 
  
• Perform account reconciliations and investigate discrepancies to maintain accurate financial records.

• Partner with employees and leadership to provide payroll support and strengthen accounting processes and controls.

Qualifications

• 
  
• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
• 
  
• Experience in accounting roles with responsibility for payroll, accounts payable, and reconciliations.
• 
  
• Proficiency with payroll and accounting software such as ADP, QuickBooks, SAP, or similar systems; grant accounting experience is highly valued.
