Senior Accountant
Salary: 70K – 85K

Key Responsibilities for the Senior Accountant:
- Prepare and post journal entries, accruals, reclasses, and intercompany allocations
- Review financial statements and distribute owner financial reports
- Maintain and reconcile general ledger and intercompany accounts
- Coordinate quarterly lender reporting and annual audit support
- Manage tax and insurance payment processes
- Assist with budgeting, internal controls, and accounting projects
Qualifications for the Senior Accountant:
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or Business preferred
- 4+ years of accounting experience
- Experience with multi-entity or multi-property portfolios preferred
- Working knowledge of GAAP and financial statement analysis
- Intermediate Excel skills required
