Responsibilities:

Manage month-end and year-end close processes
Prepare and analyze financial reports
Oversee budgeting and forecasting activities
Conduct cash flow analysis
Ensure compliance with GAAP

Requirements:

Advanced Excel skills
Experience with ERP systems, preferably Viewpoint/Spectrum (training provided)

Preferred Skills:

Experience in the construction industry
Strong general accounting background with a willingness to learn the construction industry
