We’re Hiring: Senior Accountant (Multi-Agent AI & Supply Chain Pioneer)

Location: Suwanee, GA / Atlanta Metro Area (Full-Time)

Compensation: Highly Competitive Target Base Salary + Benefits Package

Experience: 8–10 Years in Accounting | Startup / Tech Background | Heavy NetSuite Expertise

I am partnering with a global, category-defining multi-agent AI orchestration and physical automation leader whose platform processes over $1B in physical inventory every month across 3,800+ global locations.

They are looking for an experienced, humble, and analytical Senior Accountant who thrives in fast-paced startup environments and loves leveraging technology to automate manual workflows. You will own heavy technical accounting areas including ASC 606 revenue recognition, inventory & cost accounting, sales commissions, and R&D software capitalization.

 

What You’ll Own

• ASC 606 Revenue Accounting: Own end-to-end revenue recognition for complex multi-element hardware, SaaS, and Robotics-as-a-Service (RaaS) arrangements.
• Inventory & Cost Accounting: Oversee hardware inventory valuation, standard costing, cycle counts, reserves, and SaaS cost-of-goods-sold (COGS) margin analysis.
• Software Capitalization (ASC 350-40): Manage the capitalization and amortization of internally generated R&D software development costs.
• Commissions Accounting: Calculate and manage sales commissions and contract acquisition cost amortization under US GAAP.
• Audits & Process Automation: Coordinate financial audits, manage general ledger reconciliations, and partner across teams to integrate AI and automation into daily finance workflows.

 

What We’re Looking For

• 8–10 Years of Experience: B.A. in Accounting required; strong track record in startup or high-growth technology environments.
• Technical GAAP Mastery: Deep knowledge of US GAAP, ASC 606, multi-currency consolidations, and complex GL structures.
• ERP Superpower: Advanced, hands-on working knowledge of NetSuite is required (Salesforce is a plus!).
• Credentials: CPA active status or prior public accounting firm experience is a strong plus.
• AI & Tech Mindset: Self-starter with advanced Excel proficiency and a passion for experimenting with modern AI applications in accounting.
