Senior Accounting Manager

We are hiring for a Senior Accounting Manager for a Manufacturing company in the Inland Empire.

Location: Inland Empire, CA

Salary:$120,000–$130,000 doe

York Employment is seeking an experienced Senior Accounting Manager to oversee accounting operations for a growing aerospace/manufacturing company.

Responsibilities

• Manage daily accounting operations and accounting staff.
• Oversee month-end/year-end close and financial reporting.
• Manage AP, AR, Cash Applications, General Ledger, and reconciliations.
• Prepare financial statements, budgets, forecasts, and variance analysis.
• Maintain strong internal controls and GAAP compliance.
• Coordinate audits and support tax and financial reporting requirements.
• Partner with leadership to improve processes and support business decisions.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field preferred.
• 7+ years of progressive accounting experience, including management experience.
• Strong knowledge of GAAP, financial reporting, and month-end close.
• Experience with ERP/accounting systems and advanced Excel.
• Aerospace or manufacturing experience is strongly preferred.
• Strong leadership, analytical, and communication skills.
• Bilingual Spanish is a plus.
