What Impact You'll Have:

The Senior Accounting Manager will oversee critical components of the Company's accounting operations, ensuring timely and accurate financial reporting, strong internal controls, and compliance with U.S. GAAP. This leader will manage a team of accountants, drive process improvements, partner cross-functionally across Finance and the business, and support strategic initiatives.

What You'll Be Owning:

• Lead monthly, quarterly, and annual close processes, ensuring accuracy, timeliness, and completeness
• Oversee general ledger operations, account reconciliations, journal entry review, and financial statement preparation
• Manage and coach accounting staff; foster a culture of accountability, development, and high performance
• Ensure compliance with U.S. GAAP and corporate accounting policies
• Partner with FP&A, Treasury, Tax, and business units to support reporting and analysis
• Support internal and external audits, ensuring proper documentation and adherence to controls
• Identify and implement process improvements and system enhancements
• Assist with technical accounting matters, complex transactions, and policy development
• Participate in and, in certain circumstances, lead special projects including system upgrades, integrations, and process modernization initiatives

What You Must Have :

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance
• Clearable U.S. Citizenship is Required
• 8 plus years of accounting experience, government contracting is a plus
• Experience with Deltek Costpoint is a plus
• Strong knowledge of GAAP principles
• Understanding of internal controls, including Sarbanes Oxley compliance
• Experience in a corporate controller's organization in a mid-to-large enterprise
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced dynamic environment
• CPA certification preferred but not required
