In this role, you will take ownership of assigned accounts and support cash application, collections, and issue resolution across a high-volume, fast-paced environment.You will be responsible for driving invoices to payment by coordinating with internal partners—including Project Managers, Billing, and Service teams—resolving discrepancies, and ensuring accurate and timely cash application. While collections is a key component of the role, success depends equally on your ability to build relationships, navigate customer nuances, and proactively identify and remove barriers to payment.This position is well-suited for someone who is detail-oriented, results-driven, and comfortable working across teams to manage competing priorities. This is a non-exempt role and will be paid hourly. A bonus may be provided as part of the compensation package, in addition to a full range of medical, financial, and/or other benefits, dependent on the position offered.
