We are seeking a Senior Actuary to lead pricing activities across major commercial and personal lines of business. This role is pivotal in shaping financial strategy through advanced actuarial analysis. The Senior Actuary will apply expert-level actuarial techniques to recommend profitable pricing structures, contributing directly to the company's financial performance.
As a strategic partner across the organization, the Senior Actuary oversees the development of rate filings, monitors regulatory and rate bureau activity, and collaborates with senior leadership on corporate rate matters.

The compensation has been carefully determined by considering a variety of important factors, including skill sets, experience, training, and certifications. With these considerations in mind, the estimated hiring range is $153,752.06 - $211,409.07. Additionally, you may be eligible to participate in our annual incentive program, depending on your eligibility under the plan.
