Senior Actuary

This is a high-impact, high-visibility role with direct exposure to the Chief Actuary and significant runway for growth. The team is seeking a Senior Actuary to lead work focused on FIA pricing and product strategy, playing a key role in shaping client solutions and driving business decisions.

The ideal candidate is comfortable in a client-facing environment and brings prior consulting experience, or a strong desire to step into a more advisory-focused role.

Required Experience & Competencies

• Bachelor's degree in actuarial science, math, statistics, finance, or related field
• FSA preferred; strong ASA candidates considered
• 10+ years of life/annuity actuarial experience
• Deep FIA expertise across pricing, design, and inforce management
• Strong understanding of crediting strategies, riders, surrender charges, and profitability drivers
• Knowledge of Stat, GAAP, LDTI, and capital frameworks
• Exposure to hedging, asset strategy, or market risk preferred
• Experience with MG-ALFA, Prophet, AXIS, or similar tools
• Strong analytical and business judgment
• Clear, effective communicator of complex concepts
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
• Consulting or client-facing experience a plus
