Licensed Counselor or Social Worker

Substance Use Treatment

About the Role

Make a meaningful difference in the lives of individuals and families affected by substance use. Under the supervision of the Program Manager, you'll provide compassionate, evidence-informed therapy and case management, helping patients build recovery skills and connect with the support they need.

What You'll Do

• Provide individual therapy, group education and therapy, and family support.
• Complete case management services and coordinate care with patients' providers and community resources.
• Build supportive, professional relationships with patients, physicians, coworkers, partner organizations, and other health care facilities.
• Maintain clear, timely, and accurate clinical documentation.
• Contribute to a collaborative treatment environment focused on patients' recovery and well-being.

What You'll Bring

• Master's degree in psychology, social work, mental health counseling, or a related field.
• Current licensure as a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) or Licensed Social Worker.
• At least two years of experience in substance use treatment or a related mental health setting. Experience may be gained before or after completing a master's degree.
• Knowledge of individual, group, and/or family therapeutic approaches used in substance use or mental health treatment.
• Strong interpersonal, written communication, and documentation skills

Salary Range: Minimum 30.31/hour - Maximum 50.05/hour. Compensation will be commensurate with equity and experience for roles of similar scope and responsibility. In cases where the range is displayed as a $0 amount, salary discussions will occur during candidate screening calls, before any subsequent compensation discussion is held between the candidate and any hiring authority.
