The University of South Dakota Department of Nursing and Doctor of Nurse Anesthesia Program seek a people-oriented, self-motivated, detail-oriented and technologically astute individual to coordinate and manage the day-to-day administrative services for their respective programs on the USD-Sioux Falls campus. This position will ensure prompt responses to inquiries, follows established procedures and assists in fulfilling the programs missions and goals. This position will provide administrative support, day to day operations assistance to the Directors, faculty and staff both programs. This position will coordinate meetings for internal/external constituents; handle incoming and outgoing electronic communication; assist with preparation of presentation material; review and summarize reports and documents; route and answer correspondence; prioritize, coordinate multiple projects and follow through on issues in a timely manner; and other duties as assigned.
Preferred Qualifications:
This position offers state health insurance and benefits, which includes a retirement plan with 6% matching, 10 hours of annual leave each month, 9.34 hours of sick leave each month, and 11 paid holidays.
